SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders are pick-up only. Pickups will be made at the Clinton Shoppers at 6300 Coventry Way, Clinton, MD 20735 at a pre-negotiated time. Delivery options may be available for multiple orders.  An additional charge will be incurred and delivery will only be considered for locations within a 20 mile radius.  We request notice of at least 5 business days for all standard homemade desserts to be prepared.  A rush fee of $20, per dessert,  will be added to all orders accepted and needed prior to our standard 7 day requirement. 

REFUND POLICY

Because our product is perishable, baked and decorated by our staff, our refund policy is as follows:

 

If you do not pick up your order on the agreed upon date and time, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. 

 

If there is a defect in your product please return it promptly, or the portion remaining, within 2 days of pick up. In this case we will provide you a proportionate refund for the amount returned if we determine there is a quality deficiency. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves. 

 

If you try one of our products and just don't care for it, we hope you return to try something different next time; however, a refund will not be given.  You may be overwhelmingly happy with another product or flavor.

 

Store credit will be issued for cancellations received with proper notice (meaning before we actually purchase any specific items and before baking has started on your product). Your store credit expires 60 from the date of issue.

 

 No cash refunds.

 

Sandra's Cheesecakes reserves the right to modify its exchange/return policy at any time.
